JB Medical is proud to introduce another support feature for our clients and soon to be clients.  Due to JB Medicals drive to offer many lines of assistance to our clients, we’re now opening one of these lines of support to the public by offering MediAnswers.  MediAnswers is a free support email request system whereby you may ask a support question to our team of technicians.  If we are able to answer your question by email; you will receive an email response from us.  
 
You may begin by filling out the questionnaire below.  JB Medical will only use your contact information for internal use only; your information will never be sold or given to 3rd parties.  Please be sure to check your SPAM filters if you don’t receive a response within 5 days from us.  It is very possible that our email may have been flagged by your software.
 
In the event that either, we are unable to resolve your issue with an email response, or the issue that you’re having requires additional support by us, we will contact you with your support options.

Please be as detailed as possible regarding your issue.  Always give the error message, as well the steps that you took to get your error (i.e. what you clicked on to get the error).  Doing so will allow MediAnswers to accurately answer your question and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Not submitting this information will cause delays in our response.

Client understands that this is FREE and complimentary support through email.  No live, online, or phone service support shall be given.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  Only 1 response per client per week will be allowed.  JB Medical shall not investigate any issues beyond a best guess email without a support contract.  Because of this, all responses are best guesses and may not be the correct or complete solution.  Client is responsible for making any backups prior to applying any solution or fix recommended by JB Medical. JB Medical shall not be held liable for any response or solution given.  Client shall take full responsibility for any issues that may occur by applying any and such recommendations.
